Once booked, appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day in advance. 

Paid consultations need to be paid in full before you can complete the reservation. If you cancel within cancelation window we will issue a full refund in 3-5 business days. 

We offer an option of phone consultation  only with this calendar.  If you need to request any other form of consultation please email mail@settle-easy.es 

On a rare occasion we need to reschedule consultations. If it is impossible to find a different time that works for you, we will issue a full refund on the payment made within 3-5 business days. 

If you miss your paid consultation or reschedule it in less then 24 hours before, we are under no obligation to refund payment made and consider service provided in full.
